What I Built
Small exporters lose margin on shipping and have no learning infrastructure. I led the concept where exporters to the same country consolidate cargo into one shipment, plus the education hub and community forum — earning Best Project of Class 2022.
Defined the core marketplace workflow with education and community features.
Led system blueprinting: DFD Level 1 & 2, Context Diagram, ERD, and Use Case Diagram.
Initiated the joint-shipment consolidation concept to minimize logistics costs for exporters.
